What the form collects
If you send an invitation, the form asks for your name, your organization, church, or outlet, your email, and a message. It may also collect your role, your phone number, how you heard about Bishop Larson, and details about a date, a place, a format, or a topic. Those extra fields appear only when they match the kind of request you chose.
The form does not ask for a gift, a card number, or a fee.
Why it is collected
The details are collected so the people who coordinate Bishop Larson's schedule can answer a speaking request, a media request, or a partnership request. Measurement of how people heard about him is optional.
Who receives it
Who receives a request: client to confirm. The working plan is one shared invitation inbox, also used when someone invites him from Start Again Ministries. The address itself is not published until the client confirms it.
On this prototype, a submission stays in your browser. No email is sent, nothing is stored, and there is no network request.
How long it is kept
Retention: client to confirm. Nothing on this prototype is kept after you leave the page.
How to ask for deletion
Ask through the invitation form. Choose "Other professional inquiry" and say what you want removed. Who acts on that request: client to confirm.

Gifts
This site does not take gifts. Giving goes to Start Again Ministries (external), and any privacy terms for a gift live on that site.
